Korean superstar Gong Yoo is reportedly slated to star in the upcoming Netflix Original science fiction thriller, “The Sea of Silence”.
The drama, which is set in a dystopian universe is slated to begin filming in August 2020 and will be produced by well renowned Korean director Jung Woo Sung.
Reports indicate that Korean actress, Bae Doo Naa is also considering taking on the role of female lead in the drama.
The Sea of Silence will be broadcast in an eight-part series on NETFLIX and is Gong Yoo’s first television role after his 2016 smash hit Goblin.
